They make your car look lower and your tires stand out more

I really didn't think it would make much of a difference on my WDP. Didn't seem like a big deal. Tim had a group buy at his old gig with HAW for Type-S tails and side markers. I figured I'd give it shot. I had seen pictures, but they didn't stand out much for me. It turned out to be a worthwhile purchase. Wouldn't go back. I'm holding on to my red lens side markers just in case something goes awry with the Type-S ones.

No. They are a straight swap. Search for a DIY if needed.

To me...it makes a difference...but a BIG difference is an exaggeration. This is a mod I'm prolly doing soon.

Looks nice bro...this was actually my very first mod that i did...i just think that the red looks out of place when ur looking at the sides of the car.

And just like Red Voodoo, i kept my stock reds just in case, haha!

Lmao...

I actually liked it better with the red sidemarkers. but if your going with the type -s side mardkers, then go all the way with the type-s backlights, THEN it would be a huge difference.

I was not rear ended!! It's a combo of bad lighting and the typical paint color difference in the SSM. You also see it with WDP also. I am going with a type-s taillight as well but I am waiting because I don't have my a-spec rear lip yet and I am not taking the rear bumper off twice!!! thanks for all the comments!!

I have the white diamond pearl. The bumper colors on the silver and white from the factory dont match. I bought new front and rear bumpers and had them painted to match. Now it matches perfectly. Ill post pics - before and after.
