no, thats part of the glass antenna. Its the one that goes inside the passenger quarter panel. Pull back the carpeting near the jack storage area.

 

ok i know what ur talking about now. for some reason i thougth it had something to do with the onstar system even though it doesnt have it.
i'll pull that out tomorrow.
