Front Motor Mount is leaking

Any idea about costs?
The car is 18+ years old. Is it okay to get an aftermarket part ($30) or should I still buy OEM at $190?
I saw this video on YouTube, does this represent the repair accurately?

At this point it keeps costing about $700-$100 every six months to keep this car going.
Can't convince the wife to get another car :-)

I've had no issues with aftermarket mounts on my TL. Your results may vary - some aftermarket mounts cause vibrations, some don't. I have extra engine bracing on my TL, and was not concerned with extra vibrations as I've converted it for autoX use. At this point in the car's life, I'd go aftermarket and save the money. You don't know if the transmission will go next month and you'll end up scraping the car.
