Leaking motor mount

My friend was performing a transmission fluid chnage on my '05 AT TL yesterday, when he noticed that the front motor mount had a slow fluid leak. He pointed out a ring of fluid around the mount. If you were to look from under the car at the cross member, where it mounts, you can see a ring of fluid.
My car has only 28,000 miles on it and I'm still covered under warranty, so I'm going to call Acura today and schedule an appointment.
I was curious...has anyone else had any problems with bad motor mounts/had them replaced? Is this a common issue?
Thanks

I replaced mine this past week and it has made all the difference in the ride and idle. I don't remember the car ever being this smooth. The people on here have done a great job on this subject. Just do a search on "motor mounts" and you will find more GOOD info on this subject than you thought existed!!
