Check Engine Light Scan Said PO420
I went to my friends autozone place and did a computer scan to see what's the check engine light is all about. It came up with:
PO420
Catalsyt Efficency Threshold (BANK 1)
now what da h*ll does it mean?

it may mean you need to either get a new $700 installed catalic converter, get an used one for under $30 at a car dump or very simply RIP THAT S*** out and sell it on ebay or something... get some cash, get a smooth deep truck sound AND free up some HP!!

check your sparkplugs, how many miles on the vehicle?
are you sure you don't have a misfire, b/c the fuel isn't burning completely.
one o2 sensor signal isn't matching up with the other maybe.

I currently have about 140k miles, its a 99tlp, A lot isn't it? so what should I do again? Replace catalic converter and what about the o2 sensor? I 'm about to change my spark plugs this weekend.

YOU SHOULD REPLACE THE SPARK PLUGS FIRST.
you should replace the spark plugs first to see if that will cure it, which i believe it will since you are 40K over the 100K interval.
replace the small stuff first.
