I ordered new Lloyds custom made carpeted mats through California Car cover earlier this year. The mats now have about 25K miles on them and look great. They also have the anchor locks like the OEM mats. I use the Acura OEM all weather mats for winter.

If you want custom fit carpeted/rubber backed mats, I would highly recommend the Lloyds mats. Custom Fit Car Truck & SUV Floor Mats All Weather and Custom Mats.

I'm confused. You bought mats, but need to know what will fit? Weather tech and factory accessory are the most common options for all-weather.

I'm sort of too.

I think OP is asking if WeatherTech makes mats for the 2005 RL. Judging from the picture, it looks like those are 1G TSX mats he is using for example.

According to the WeatherTech website, it does not look like they offer a specific mat for the 2005 RL. I found this by going to the WeatherTech website and looking up: Acura>2005>RL and it does not show a laser measured option. The closest option they have is a general "all vehicle" mat that would not be custom fit.

no no.. I'm asking are the mats on the left available for our RL.. our mats are w36tn (same as an S class AMG)
which are the wagon has mentioned

for example.. the W36tn are same as an S class.. so if I'm looking for the mats on the left.. are they available at all for our RL whether it be from another company, or another car that would match ?

I got the WeatherTech mats for my RL. They fit well, except the driver's mat didn't have the holes for the hooks (to prevent they moving forward). I just punched a couple holes myself and hooked them in. The mats work well. My only beef is that the rear mats are two separate pieces and do not cover the sides of the carpeting nor the middle hump.

TL rubber mats in RL?

I need rear mats for my car, i want something that will fully cover protect the rear since people are pigs and im OCD on a spotless car

Noticed the TL has a nice WeatherTech rear rubber nat setup.. Is the rear setup nearly identical to match for my RL?

One thread of yours on floor mats is plenty. I merged your threads.

Why don't you buy OEM? I don't believe the TL has the center hump because it doesn't have a driveshaft.

I want the hump, the RL OEM are just the mats but I want everything and it looks like the TL is a match but I don't want to be wrong and have to go thru the process of a return and shipping etc and the pricing is basically the same

Spy- what u think.. Check out the link they show you the TL rear seat with the whole rear mat.. Looks identical to the RL wouldn't you say?

I just bought my all weather mats from Acura 3 weeks ago. They are good. Design can be more lifted to cover more 'wall' carpet not just floor, but material seems quite durable, thick.

The locks on front ones are in place, tho the rear ones the holes for locks are out of place, they don't lock in. but the studs on bottom and small area in rear makes them quite locked, so i chose my battles and did not complain that the rear lock holes are not in sync.

120USD.

I have an RL and TL(3rd Gen) IF you are truly interested I can test fit the rear mats from TL (OEM all weather) in the RL. Car is under a cover so would take bit to unwrap it if your truly interested I will go through exercise and report back.

Ironically I was able to use the all weathers from an Altima in my rear on RL and fits great, fronts not even close of course.

Let me know.

So I was wrong about the center hump. The TL definitely has one. Looks like it would be very close. I think the biggest chance of it being off is front to back length since the RL should have a little more leg room. I never had to do mats in my RL, so I'm not really sure.

Weathertech is based in Bolingbrook, which isn't terrible far from me. If someone wants to reach out to them and use my car as a donor for the laser measurements, I'm ok with it. I just want the first set if my car is a donor!!!

Installed and verified the TL mats "fit" but look kinda sloppy IMHO. My other set fits better surprisingly.

2006 Acura RL All weather Floor liners

Does anyone know of where I can get the all weather floor liners similar to Weather Tech? I have a trunk liner that is great. I want the liners that come up the sides.

I looked before buying mine, i couldn't find any for the RL. You'd have to maybe take measurements and check if others fit.

The only RL specific i found is the weathertech.

One small thing tho ppl should know about the dealer-sold weathertech all season mats:

they are well made and seem quite durable. You'll probably never need mats again.

But you know how the RL comes with locks on the floor mats? With these, the front ones have the holes for the locks, the rear ones no. the design is shorter than the mats that come with the car and they got grip underneath, so u don't really need to lock them up anyway.

The trunk liner is great indeed.

Are you suggesting that you looked for an OEM option and couldn't find one because they had been discontinued?

No. I'm saying the OEM ones I bought are the weathertech ones. at least its what the parts manager said.

What William wants are the ones that come up from the side. He probably saw some online with TL written on them. I dunno if they make them for RLs.

Check that, what the dealer sold me, not sure if its oem. They're weathetech with RL wirtten on them. circa 100 bucks.

I remember the OEM were much more expensive.
