My dash been giving this maintenance minder code B13, and my manual has only Bs 1-6.

Does it mean B1 & B3 ?

B13 is simply tire rotation and transmission service. Hope that helps!

B:
Road test vehicle. Replace engine oil and oil filter. Replace engine oil drain plug washer. Inspect all fluid levels and condition of fluids. Check front and rear brake pads, rotors and brake calipers. Check parking brake adjustment. Inspect tie rod ends, steering gearbox and gearbox boots. Inspect suspension components. Inspect drive shaft boots. Inspect brake hoses and lines including VSA lines. Inspect exhaust system. Inspect fuel lines and connections

1. Rotate tires, check and set tire pressures and hand torque all lug nuts.

3. Replace automatic transmission fluid and transfer fluid

And the transmission fluid about 2 months ago was crystal clear.

Do I have to do all the above?

inspect = Look and see.
you want to inspect or look and see if any damage to components. all you're doing is looking and assessing. the point of this is to look for broken components or components that look like they are about to break.
then can correct any damaged parts by replacing them before they break other components

Well tire rotation is done when i switch to all season.

What about Tran oil. does its color matter or its just a running time thing?

transmission oil is a lot like engine oil. it will wear out. the oil will thin.
when was the last time you changed the tranny oil? if ever?
if havent ever changed fluid, i would do so.

Dec 2014. Checked at dealer 2 months ago and they said still like new.

^yep, about that time. 2 years is a long time for fluid.
I think heat is the main factor that wears oil. or one of the main factors.

you would need a microscope to look at the molecules to tell if it's bad or not.
but because we know that transmission oil wears just like engine oil, it's a safe bet to go ahead and change the tranny oil.
safe insurance, ya know?

or you could gamble and keep on trucking with that fluid in there.

I've already done brake fluid this year. I gotta do anti rust now, probably do tranny and transfer in the fall then. I'll check the color again just in case

May sound dumb but I get nervous when it comes to changing transmission fluid what do you guys say about that? I did it once and my transmission started to slip never again did I do it again....

Which car was that? Liker Audis, its considered for life. I stillchanged it on mine as I'm unable to accept there exists a liquid that'll keep my tranny smooth and non grinding for life. I changed it.

How you changed it makes a difference too. I'm no expert, but a simple drain a fill I think won't empty it all. Much oil remains on the metal inside. So you just freshen it all up, But if you do many consecutive drains and fill, or - God forbid - a flush? Ya. You may be asking for trouble.
