Check emission, blind spot and transmission light

Check emission, blind spot and transmission light
Hi,
I am a 2016 RDX owner. Two nights ago my wife forget to close the moonroof completely and we had around 2 hours rain. Yesterday as soon as I wanted to start i noticed two inches of water is in the console. I thought its water, coffee or something. After i start i noticed all these three lights are on:
Check Emission
Blindspot
Transmission
I am guessing something like fuse should be blown. I appreciate any kind of suggestion. I am planning to open the console around shift stick and clean and dry the area. I am guessing some wires are wet not.
