4th Tranny just went out
Ok realy this if fuckiing ridiculous 
at exactly 44800 like it was timed or something.
I'm just haveing a baaaaad week, I got a 10 over ticket and a 15 over ticket in a week period and now this
anyways what the hell can I do, just go to the dealer and have them put me a 5th tranny ??

I'd ask the dealership you bought it at to buy it back at a MORE than fair price.
That's bullshit. You need to be a TOTAL COCKSUCKER to these dealerships to get them to do anything.

At this point, there is no other solution than just replacing it.
Bad luck for you.... at least Acura still warrants your tranny and gives you loaners. Hopefully the 5th tranny will be the last one. Considering your stats, I will trade in the car as soon as I get the opportunity.

Sure it is ridiculous. Unluckily you cannot lemon your car if its more than a year old in MI .

Get a new car. The new TL is out and supposedly has a new, redesigned tranny. You can also go the RWD route and get a G35 coupe. The G35 tranny can take much more than its rated 280hp (was designed for the 340hp Q45).

actually im sure the dealer makes money from this. Acura is the one who losing money, but i bet it isnt much since they just refurbish the old trannys.
