What everyone up to?
I hope this was a joke or being sarcastic and if it was forgive me for standing up for the LGT so much as the last car I owned was a 05 Legacy GT 5 speed that was modded and it would easily blow the doors off any TL and most anything on the road especially at altitude. Any stage 2 legacy gt or beyond would walk away from almost any Acura here with ease. If you were even with a LGT I'm guessing it was either a non turbo or a LGT auto with maybe only a catback exhaust and even then I would have to see it to believe it.
Friesm2000, I'm very well versed with the LGT mechanically as I did all the work myself and also did a bit of tuning myself using EcuFlash. If you ever need a hand doing anything with the car let me know as I wouldn't mind getting my wrenching fix out of the way on an LGT since there's not a lot to do with the Accord. Here's a link to the mods I had on my LGT...

Also here is a link to my build thread from the legacy forum...

It's a long read but explains why I ended up with my honda. If you're trying to make a highly modded LGT your daily driver I would look into getting a second car. Definitely post pics when you get the car, did you get a 10 6 speed?

yeah probably won't be needing it anytime soon
(let alone me having probably ALOT more tools then you will ever have)and i don't know where you got the idea that i had a LGT either.... (wife wanted one, but it was kinda a rust bucket on the underside; the reason why i like Colorado cars
)

I must have been mistaken. What new car are you picking up?
Most of the stage 2 LGT's which just have a dp and a tune are running 14.4-14.8. In comparison I saw 3 different last gen ZO6's running 14.4-14.9. The stage 3(upgraded TMIC or to FMIC, fuel tuned on e85 and turbo along with dp) LGT's are running anywhere from mid 12.7-13.9 depending on mods and driver. The brand new skyline's I saw doing two different runs using launch control, ran a 12.1 and 12.3 in the 1/4. Really wish I had a car worth taking up there, I would be interested in seeing what the TL could do with the SC, are you running bigger fuel and an e85 tune?

I do envy your setup when I had my 6th gen Accord years ago I wanted the comptech SC like many guys fantasize about Megan Fox. I'm sure your TL is one of a kind in this state, any chance you have a build thread, I would love to see how you've gone about tuning it.

Haa ha thanks man. Still trying to get the vehicle where I want it to be. Also need some sick wheels but don't know what I want yet. Anyway,
To be honest... Tuning is a joke on my particular vehicle. Piggy back system. AEM Fuel/Ignition controller.

Speaking of baller wheels, here is a set of Volks on HAI for cheap (IMO). Dont think they'll clear my rotors so one of you guys should jump on them.

I had gotten discount to rotate my tires for the first time since putting the wheels on and the tech that rotated the tires gouged all 4 wheels down to the metal with the impact wrench on the face of all them near the bolt holes. I didn’t notice the damage had been done till washing my car several days later while I was cleaning the wheels. Moral of the story I will always rotate tires myself from now on and when I do have to get tires mounted on the wheels I will always inspect the condition of the wheels and before and after the tires get mounted with the rep I’m working with.
^^^ One thing i love about living in a small town where i know almost everyone. I know someone at any place that id need something and know my stuff will be well taken care of. My roomate works at the nicest auto shop in our town so he does most of that stuff for me there.

I was at Park Meadows to meet at the garage; I didn’t go down to the springs though. My car was black on the stock 18’s and not on my HFP 19’s since I’m waiting for my replacement set of wheels to arrive at discount.
