that is why i removed my gas pedal instead
, but yeah that turned out SOOOO much better then my brake pedal, all the screws are in like perfectly striaght, compared to the brake where they are a little cocked eyed
, but the pedal itself is striaght though
also did you have the same issue as me with your brake pedal, where the rubber insert towards the middle pushes down a little too easy (i think you do have the same pedal as me also)

i just cut up my stock cover up and put it behind there, so it is raised like the rest (since it has a recess behind there)
and i used the LIP of the cover since it is a little thinner then the actual top are, which was too thick btw
but if you want to use pieces from my cut cover, so you don't have to cut up yours

but pretty comman, for when they share a common housing in a 4-light headlight system (so seperate high and low beam bulbs)

you mean the very inside one (towards the grill), where it is still chromed???, that's the highbeam jackass
(and no there is not 2 bulbs in that projecter, and btw the projecters are not bi-xenon)

That is the FOG LIGHT RETARD. The 3rd Gen TL are a Bi-xenon HID. Meaning, you have one bulb for your low beam and high beam. When you turn on your highs, there is a cutoff shield inside the projector that re-focuses the beam pattern for when you need to turn on your highs.
This is how it works.

You should probably have a night out, get away from kids, drink or something Thien...
Not sure what's with the 'tude.
I asked a simple question and all it warrant was a simple answer.
If you don't want to answer or deem it too primitive to your standards, then don't answer?
And to answer your question, had the TL for about a year and never really turned on what I "believed" was activating the fogs and stood outside my car before today.
