Actually, a select few V6 Accords got the IMA. I know my friend who has the same Accord as me, but got hers in mid 03 has IMA on it. The 05 sedan V6 got it as well.

$13k is a steal on that Accord. Considering the fact that the V6 6-speed Accord coupes are rare to find. If you can find one, I would get it. To find another would be really hard.

How often are you going to find a 6MT 3rd Gen TL for that price. You can barely find a 3rd Gen TL for that price. and if you do find one, it'll have high mileage or had some type damages.

Why would you want a 6MT 3G TL? They only made less than 10% MT.
It's an entry level luxury car, not a civic.

so my 3G TL is sitting at Mile High Acura right now. I took it in yesterday cause i noticed it leaking ATF. After taking it in, they came to the conclusion that the tranny case was the problem. apparently the case is a porous (sp?) metal and the ATF is seeping through the casing at the top of the tranny. they have never seen anything like this. there are also no cracks anywhere on the tranny itself and it runs perfectly fine.

my TL came with a extended warranty when I bought it, so the warranty company is sending someone out to took at the car, as they have never seen this happen before. i'm hoping it gets covered under warranty or else its going to cost $2600 to replace the tranny case.

yea, i just got the car on dec 22nd

the ext warranty company sent out their adjuster to look at the car, took his pics, and report to send back. hopefully will get a answer by end of business tomorrow.

 

did it puke it self of it's fluid out the vent tube??? same thing happened to mine, and could not find a leak ethier

 

I got approved for the loan and i called the guy and he said two other guys left deposits, and he has to see if they are gonna buy it.

I really wanted that one, but I have been looking around, and there is one other accord v6 6speed in colorado springs, and that's about all I can really find, I want a cls6, but I can't find a single one.

 

its not the vent tube, but through the actual trans case itself due to the porous metal trans case is made from is what acura told me

 

so did they say where it seems to be coming from, and one way to kinda tell if the case is too porous or not, was how much fluid was on the case itself, like alot and kinda all over the it (and fresh) (mainly the side of and bottom with the vent tube)(like under the battery and back kinda),OR more like a defined area (too porous), which should have been noticed during previous oil changes (it's not an over night thing like coming out the vent tube)(also it will of had accumulated dirt and such around the area and such, while puking will basically be all fresh fluid (not really, but NO accumulated dirt though)
