Not sure if you been to Thien's but you may have a hard time clearing the alignment rack. Just a heads up, as I didn't really clear.
haha, I'm lower than that.. like Matt said, I'm using accord 4 banger springs.... I still scrape everywhere I go.. and I have no front bumper

I've been buying other shit, instead of the damn bumper lol.. I'll get it soon.. along with some other goodies

,

I saw the specs of Sprint springs. Was only just giving you a heads up. That's all.

Not sure if you are anal about your car like me, but the A-Spec front lip scraped a little... So i've been too scared to do the final alignment. Haa!

Buy some wood planks next time you get alignment. So it'll give you more clearance to get onto the rack. I might have to do that when I drop my car or I can just remove my bumper.

cheaper to even pay someone to remove your bumper/lip, then to wear tires out prematurely

and for my car, it's a DD, it's going to get scratches and such (let alone the front bumper/lip on bumps and such, and it can be fixed/repainted (minus basically totaling it), just might cost a little $$$ to fix it

^I wouldn't imagine the camber to stray horribly out of spec from the first alignment.

, i know you keep saying final alignment though
i be more worried about the toe, then the camber, i got 0.9 on the driver side, and 0.7 on the passenger side for my front camber, and tires are wearing fine (btw i need to swap the front springs around, so that it evens out when a driver/me gets into the car

hopefully you got some good tires this time, to keep from your little fiasco (sp?) from happening again

also were you tires worn across the whole tread (toe issues) or just the inside edge (camber issuess)

Hey silly question.... I've never dyno'd a car before. What should I do to prep?

Should I put the OEM wheels back on? Would that have any affect on things?
OR should I just say fuck it and expect my 200WHP?

never done ethier , but i would say get good quality gas, maybe new plugs also if you are anal about it, then about the wheels, you will proably not lose as much power with the stockies, but the issue i see with that, is how often do you really drive around with the stockies on

More and likely this is a roller dyno where you drive up on. It doesn't matter if you have stock or aftermarket rims. Make sure you get good quality gas and maybe run 91 octane to give you that extra hp. Also, have your tire pressure set to 35psi. Everything else will be taken care of by the people who are dynoing your car. They will be strapping your car down and will be placing a huge fan in front of it to try to cool down the motor so you can get the most power out of your car. Since there won't be any tuning for most of you guys, you guys are pretty much set. Have your air filter clean and maybe run some BG44K fuel injector cleaner to clean out those injectors and get maximum performance out of them.

I may come out to this early one, and I will be bringing a buddy of mines.

91 octane is already required by the manual for our engines , so he SHOULD already have that in his car

and different wheels have different rotational/centrifugial weights, which can affect how much power they take to spin up, instead of actually spinning the dyno

STOP spelling my name wrong, and I don't need to teach anyone how to do anything. It isn't in my job description.

Go take care of business man...hahaha!! He drilled that field goal, no doubt about it. I'm happy the Saints won because I can't stand Favre and his faking. Hope he finally retires for good.

It's really labor intensive. There might be some DIY's on this site in the CL section. I know there's a crapload of DIY's for the 3G TL, including full interior LED conversion. I might do it down the road...

On a side note, my new RonJons & tires are getting installed on 2/6...HELLS YEAH!! Gonna be sweet.
