No scraping at all, which is definitely good. I left on the plastic guard on the bottom of the front bumper just in case. I've gone over some dips at a decent speed (40 ish) and nothing happens. I definitely recommend these.

basically slightly stiffer to compensate for the lower ride height, so it really depends on if you want comfort, and clearence for bumps and such, or being a little lower and having a little stiffer ride

I was on coils for a while but I didn't like the ride and having to go sideways over everything. And now my decision for wheel set up has shifted to 20's so I don't want to go too far down but I don't want a gap either.
