The Official Moderately Lowered & Kinda Flush & Corrected Camber Thread
Over time and having posted in the "slammed" thread...
I realized the trend for going lower, wider and more intense on negative camber has transitioned the very meaning of the word to a point where I don't belong.
This thread is for those that try and maintain the best possible camber, while still being flush and as low as possible without turning the car into something that is no longer enjoyable to drive.
Not a knock on those guys, I get a kick out of the insane pictures, it's just not for me. Maybe it's my age and my lower back and my desire for functionality and simplicity and no future self induced issues.
Anyway, people will likely stretch their definitely and claim it's totally driveable with their holy jpipes and bacon fenders, which is fine. It's a public forum...but I can almost guarantee you you'll get flamed by the majority of the people that were interested in this thread title.

I agree with you J, I don't mind the conservative stanced look.
Getting tired of always worrying about rubbing, camber wear, avoiding speedbumps/ steep entrances, etc. After all, my car is daily and winter driven at this height.
Edit: Specs are Tein SS almost maxed
Front: 19x8.5 et +25 (Wheel is +30 but I have a 5mm spacer) on 225/35/19
Rear: 19x10 et +38 on 245/35/19

I like this thread already. Conservative looks miles better in my opinion. Too me excessive camber makes it look broke. I can dig the work people put into it though.

Yay, I'm not the only guy that likes this look!
I'm thoroughly impressed by the posts so far, to me, looks awesome. When lowering the S2000...I set the fronts WAYYYYY too low, ridiculous, almost not driveable and honestly, it looked bad to me. At some point you have to reach a height where you visually see that it looks good, good good...bam, too much, visually, wheel isn't centered in the arch anymore and isn't really "nice". It's just hard to do because you have to break that lower = always better mentality.
I look at my previous cars and how NOT low I considered LOW to be...and man, the TL is SLAMMED in comparison I love seeing the car with no gap and the camber at what is set from factory.
Justin, your set up is going to look absolutely tits, bruh.

I really like the stances on the cars here. Definitely making me look forward to lowering my car a little bit next month. This is the direction i'm heading in due to mine being my daily driver.
You all are going to force me to get a DSLR and work on my photo skills.

Shaddap! That's actually a die-cast scale model that I've been photographing this whole time. I thank you though.

See now these are perfect drops...don't mind me I love a nice lowered car but to the point where it cant be driven on the streets avoiding every single dip now thats just to low and excessive neg camber o_O thats just kind of ridiculous. ...when I lower my car I plan on running like a 35+ 30+ offset in at least 18" in the front and 19" in the back with more of an offset in the rear and have my fenders flush with the tires but not at the point of tucking with neg camber. ....all cars posted are a prime example of how a car needs to be dropped and still is functional to be driven on the streets
