Dude loving them....I put my wheels on and did timing belt plugs coolant flush etc etc etc and put the stage 2 cams in all at the same time I love this car

Because I had to baseline first. Oh and rain, lots of rain. Ran 14.6@98 fully stock, so now the mods can begin! Hopefully this coming week, its really weather dependent.

I may have my six speed struts and TEIN S green springs for sale soon. Rides pretty good and it sits perfect in my opinion, springs are almost new. I could also possibly help you install if my closing of my house moves along a little faster. It would be alot easier to swap the entire suspension rather than just buy springs if thats the route your going to take. Not sure if your in the market for coilovers. Either way let me know and maybe we can help each other out. Local is so much better.

I would reccomend getting an alignment afterwards

I'm going to be out of town this weekend, but I live about 10 minutes from ESTA. I haven't been there in years. My brother heads down there from time to time to see if his 08 'busa is any faster than last time.

On another note, I spotted an 07 or 08 Bronze Type S headed south on Rt.11 in North Syracuse, then turn up Bear Rd toward Liverpool. Lowered and riding on waffles. Nice lookin car. Driver was too cool to wave...

 

I think I see the same guy all the times too. I work around that area.

Im actually 45 minutes West of Albany, so Im not actually Syracuse... But planning to hit Lebanon Valley this Wednesday for test/tune night(Weather dependent of course). I know thats a drive for you guys, just throwing it out there. Got 6 passes in last time, think it was $20 or $25 to get in, so not horrible.

IntactACK, how did you end up running? My brother was there and actually called me to say there was an Acura there! He bottomed out with the busa and apparently tore off part of the fairing. I have yet to see the carnage. There was also a friend of ours getting a few runs in with his ZL1 Camaro.

 

Yeah he was there! I talked to a lot of people he mentioned you said something about an acura being there! haha.

I ran my fastest a 14.3 which I think is horrible because of the temperature, weight and track conditions. Plus I was running my 19" wheels. my 0-6 times were at best a 2.3 and should be much lower. I was dissapointed and then busted my drivers side axle which I finally fixed yesterday haha. Had to get towed home

Depsite the shitty track I had a great time and met a lot of people, everyone was very nice and I got compliments all day long, I beat a camaro RS with bolt ons!

 

I heard overall track times were pretty slow across the board. I think that ZL1 had a best of 12.94. I'll chat with him this weekend and verify.

From the sounds of things, you're time wasn't so bad. I wouldn't be disappointed. It does suck that you broke. It's never good going home on a flatbed, unless you came in on one.

How was the new concrete?

How'd that black WRX next to you run? I know it sounds pretty good. I see that car everywhere.
