okay so i bought this book on wednesday and i normally do not read. like besides text books and car magazines i havent read any books since high school, but a friend recommended me this book called The Art of Racing in the Rain, by Garth Stein.
HOLY CRAP. i cannot say enough great things about this book like seriously. its a light read, but it has such depth.
for anyone that like cars, or dogs, or both, or just reading definitely pick this book up. the book is narrated by the dog, but its done in such a clever way.
ok ill stop raving, but seriously people.... read it!

I could still get the car Kevin, I just don't think it would be wise. As much as I would LOVE to own it, they only way I would is if I could keep the TL too, and have that as a weekend car. Which I don't think is realistic right now becasue I have other priorities (house/condo) within the next year to year to year and a half that I'm trying to iron out.

my house is too big for 2 people, the pool is a pita to take care of, the grass is a bitch to cut, i HATE leaves, you either need a truck to bring the trash to the dump or you pay for trash pickup, the driveway SUCKS to plow, FUCK well water, FUCK septic systems, and FUCK home maintenance all together
When i add up all the $ i have put into that place in the last 6 years I could have easily had an m3 or an NSX

buying a house is way better then a condo... i mean in the long run when u have a family like u and your man decided to have kids then u need all the space that u can have plus its good for storage.. plus when u sell it back out you'll probably make some $$ if the housing market is going back up

idk harry im gonna be 29 on Friday, if i wanted kids i feel like i would know by now. Its just not my thing, i like to be independent and be able to come and go as i please. If i wanna pick up and go to away for a weekend or go on a cruise or go out on a friday or saturday night i dont wanna worry about whos watching my kid(s)

I have a TON of friends that have kids and theyre always stuck in the house. They either cant find a babysitter or cant afford to go anywhere. Im not tryin to live that life, i like my freedom way too much.
Besides, Im not tryin to pay a babysitter to watch my kids while i work 40+ hours a week, fuck that shit!

i think sony makes a pretty good editing program for videos. look that up. unless you got a mac, final cut is pretty damn good from what i heard.

Yeah Acura is in the toilet nowadays design-wise. I wouldn't consider buying anything they make. Honda too for the most part. If I were shopping tomorrow it would be BMW, VW or Infiniti. Also, sup guys.

I've lost interest in shows for the most part. I don't have any desire to spend $$$$ on interior/ICE, and that means I'm never going to take a 1st place... so F it. I had my fun. It's a lot of time and effort to ultimately lose because I didn't put enough glowing neon or burberry plaid on my car.

It would cost me like $5k to do my interior and stereo the way I want it and I'm just done spending that kind of cash on my car, especially for stuff I don't really care about. I like my interior and my stereo sounds good enough to me. If I spent $5k on the car it would be KPro and 10psi/water-meth/tuning setup. Not just to make some judge give me more points.

I'm not likely to get rid of my car for a long time, it still makes me happy every time I drive it. I'm just done modding it for a while. I spent so much on it on 09, this year I spent around $1k on new mods and that's plenty...

We need to get a cruise meet together. When I was coming back from my mom's in NH on Saturday I took all back roads from NH to Hartford. It was an awesome drive. Along the way I got behind an S60R and we were playing around on the twisties for about a half hour. Such a blast......
