NY Inspection Sticker

I have a friend who has a new car for 2 years and he did his inspection yesterday (NY) and paid $37. I could have swore when I had my new car I paid $10 for the first 2 years and $37 thereafter.

Yea counting when you first walk out the dealership with your car thats the first year of $10. So its really 1 year of $10

I paid $10 in 2010 I got my car in 2009. 2011 I paid $37
