Install cost?

What's the average price for coilovers or (springs Only) installation in NJ?

coilover should be around 225-250 but spring will cost more since it's more work but I know someone pm me

same amount of time since most people dont buy new tophats, they just reuse the ones already on the car

and its about 3 hours of labor. even if they finish earlier, they still bill by the manufactures install time

If they know what they are doing coilover should take no more than 2 hrs to install and adjust the ride height after the install. I meant if he buys spring & shock the mechanic has to compress the spring to install onto shock which cost more time and labor rate

i think it was a $200-$300 job... if i recall there is a shop in Bergen county that everyone goes to...

coilovers dont come with new tophats. so u still need to compress the spring to get it off. plus it takes alittle longer since u shouldnt use air tools on suspension components. and to properly torque everything

Yeah it really depends on what setup you go with

Only the Koni yellows really require you to use the stock tophats
