So far so good I have hit major potholes and nothing yet, must be the slopo driving that helps. And I drove all winter with 20's but will never do it again.

Supposedly only if someone reported that there is a pothole there at least 24 hours before. They got some real crappy rules but its worth a shot.

Im so sick of the potholes in NYC. Last year i went through 2 Ron Jon inspyres and 3 tires. This year with my new set of wheels, i wasnt going to buy super expensive tires for them to get screwed up again so i just went with some bullshyts to get me through the summer. With my drop and potholes its just not worth buying the expensive tires that are just going to get ruined. My new set of tires may be a cheap set but i could care less.

"Rubber Wheels beat Rubber Heels" and i can still take wifey out to a good dinner. That way i get no heat

btw the cheap set of tires feel just fine and i can beat the shyt out of them and not care.

As for getting reimbursed by the city... it can be done but they make you go through such a painful process it may not be worth it.

Update: I have popped 4 tires since April 10. Irs been horrible. All in North Jersey. 2 of the tires were popped in Jersey City. I was successful with filing a claim against Jersey City for one of the tires. I can help if anyone else is going to file a claim.
