'07 mirror mod on '04 TL help!

so quick background guys i have an 04 tl and i put 07 mirrors on it and i unfortunately took it a backyard mechanic, who only wired them up to blink.

now my problem is that my memory seats dont work and i dont have power to my mirrors so if i want to re-position them i have to manually push the mirrors themselves.

at first i didnt complain to the guy cuz i took to him without doing research, and he told me that it would work do to the wiring harness being different, but then i found i searched the 07mirror mod thread and found others with 04s and no issues...

so basically i need either a good spot in new york that can fix them and wire them correctly or an answer to this question....i was told if i just get an entire 07 mirror wiring harness and take it to a shop if they wire it up that way it solve my issue?

thanks for any helpful advice in advance...

Check a blown fuse underdash left side kick panel right above where u open the latch to the hood .. Am not sure the fuse number but am thinking it should say power mirrors or power seat .. I know the TL had a problem with washers/power mirrors and seats not working .. And you had to upgrade the fuse to a higher amp .. Check that before u go crazy with the wire harness

Try to look for members that live in your area and ask which shop they go to for their work. I'm sure someone could recommend a good place to go to. Look in the regions sections and find someone that live in NY.

What else do you want them to do besides blink?? thats all they do from factory. You dont need a wire harness. And Always come to Acurazine where we have probably done it all already and have a DIY for it so you wont get screwed.

PM your info and we'll talk from there.
