I was thinking the same thing about meeting up at Mercado 20. No back tracking for me. What meet was it where we met over there for the caravan to BJ's in San Mateo?

Lemme know the timeframe for caravan meet and then departure time. If too close to me leaving work, I'll come up from behind you all.

As for food, depends when we get down to eating, if too late, I'll pass.

well to tell you the truth, nothing really happens at the meet. People come there to chill and talk to some old buddies and make a few new ones. Show off their ride and let people . We go eat and then maybe a cruise/photoshoot. Dont be shy and I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Well, I think it's best to keep it relatively small. The people in this forum are relatively cool/easy going; I dont think we can say the same for other club. I dont want to see 10 RSX and 10 Accord. They'll just be lost and feel left out sorta. I know I'm just a hater.

I am going to side with you on this after thinking about it again.

We already have a good group in attendance.

I count about 30 people thus far...as is.

We won't be able to accommodate extras at this point.

No offense to the RSX's but I don't want to post it on the Club RSX forum.

A smaller group allows people to be more friendly and that is the point of these meets after all....meet & greet.

Also...we can meet these people who we chat with on the forums who haven't met yet.

Actually...the meets are similar to college hazing.

We beat new members who are meet virgins and see if they quit the forum.

Don't worry man...just be friendly and introduce yourself and others will respond to you.

This isn't a popularity contest or anything...just to say what's up with fellow members who live HERE...in the Bay Area.

At this point...if I don't hear otherwise in the next day.

I'm going to assume everybody is down to eat together...which is great!

I'll put the arrangements together with Round Table Pizza tomorrow under that assumption.



What are everybody's thoughts on paying a set amount for the pizza?

Beer = on your own! Not everybody drinks.

I'm just concerned with what would be the easiest....Set price vs. buy your own.

I think it could turn into a "cluster-fuck" with collecting $$$ from everyone...too many issues in the past.

Thoughts...I need some of your thoughts.

You could always do it by table? Whoever wants to eat can sit together,decide what they want, and split the bill. That way you dont have to collect anything.
