Well, what would make it worth it to you?

BTW do you drive a TSX?
It would actually be around 4 hours one way, so 8 or so total. (my inital estimate was off =/) Thats the thing, if i would be able to crash on someones floor or something for a night or so, it would be worth it. This would be my first meet since i couldn't make it to the All Cali Meet. Other than that, any drive in the tsx is FUN

and yes, 06 CG Tsx, although not stock for much longer

Well...I don't know if what you would consider to be worth it Teh_Cow-Jr and not sure what your expectations are but this is going to be a friendly meet & greet.

A few hours of chilling out, take some pics, grab some food, then whatever.

I just don't want to get your hopes up that this is some big Acurazine event or something.

So far there looks to be a good turnout but honestly would it be worth driving 8 hours for...

I'm not sure I would but sounds like you are a TSX trooper so you are more than welcome to make the cruise.

Unfortunately, I don't have any accommodations for you.

For anybody that was considering going I need your official responses (that isn't already) so this thread doesn't get too messy and I get an understanding of the real attendance.

Thanks.

Just a friendly reminder...please everybody bring some cash.

I'm thinking they are going to seat us in the large group area and then charge us as a group with a gratuity so please bring cash to make this easy to sort out.

Just throwing out the "what if's"

I took this from post 324 i believe. I think it's the most updated list. I've also added myself. Probably will not be eating, but i'll bring cash just in case. My car was recently rear ended, so i'm not even gonna bother washing it.

Make the drive Aznboi, i drove that hour and a half for the Stockton meet, wasn't that bad.

Me and some other Aziners cruised up to Davis / Sac a few weeks back so in all fairness...aznboi2424

You should make it out since didn't you bounce early from that meet?

If my calculations are correct... the dusk/sunset effects will shield heavy dust and/or light mud from rainfall on dark colored cars from the cameras.

You are going to have to pay toll.

Golden Gate is right where you need to be.

It's $5 if you have Fastrak. $6 without.

The extra dollars in gas don't make sense...just pay the toll.

HM.............

are roads out there really that bad? I havnt been in the presidio area before. It can't be worse than the mission/excelsior district though. I think I work in the area with the worse roads and I've been good.. for the most part, aside from 2 bent wheels

The roads in the Mission / Excelsior district are bad.

These are not any worse than regular San Francisco roads...which are not great as you know.

They are traveled less so I think that helps.

Well...I will be there @ 3 to get it started off but I guess the official meet time was 3:30.

Anybody is welcome to come @ 3.

The problem is how long would it take you to get here from where you are?

We are going to leave the meet & greet spot @ 5:20 to go eat.

You might not be able to make it to a good portion of the meet location in the Presidio but you could definitely meet up with us for food at Round Table Pizza.

It's your call...

Roads to the presidio isn't bad at all. I drive around there all the time. You guys coming from the north/east bay should consider the bay bridge maybe. I know there's hella asshole drivers that come and go from marin county.
Old farts thinking they drive race cars and stuff like that
