Well, I picked up the car. Although the HP number is lower, the car does feel better. Stronger as well.

The baseline today was 238HP. The unichip put it to 256HP. So, it was an 18HP gain. I have to go back to get all the charts. 238 is -6hp from my dyno when I didn't even have headers. So, there is definately differences in dyno's, but the chip did add power.

I'm sure the torque number is pretty hefty! I'd say give it a day or so, doesn't the ecu need to reset after every mod? Or does the dyno tuning reset the ecu?

The ECU was tuned to my i/h/e. I believe it took my redline up to 7K also. I feels like it pulls more in the upper RPMs now.

Those are some very nice numbers NA I'm curious to see the curve. I would be willing to bet you've got pretty broad HP and TQ curves with your setup. 18hp gain in peak tells me you probably gained all over the RPM range.

Yeah, I want to see torque #'s as well. The HP curve isn't bad, but there is one odd flat spot. Otherwise, the HP just blasts up in the upper RPM's. I'll be able to tell once i get back into town and get back to the shop.

Update: Picking up my car on Sat @ 11 am. I asked my sales associate if any new '05s are coming in and she said no. I then asked about the '06s and she said that Acura hasn't even released prices to the dealership yet (which is unusual).

Anyways, I hope to be rolling into SF Sat night in my new (replaced) TL .

Besides that, how's it going in here? I have a mad easy day today; I am doing entry-level recruiting at the SF office today (sit around, talk through a presentation, eat, talk, eat, talk) .

No, I love the car too much to fuck it up like that . I just hope everything is cool after the seat replacement and those asses in financing don't fuck with me.
