11.8% raise... that's way up there... congrats... the last raise I got was only a little more than 3%, but that's cause I'm at the top of my pay grade...

 

Sweetness. I too am near the top on my pay scale for my current entry level position . I always say, any raise is better than no raise...well, kinda .

I get a 3% raise and I am nowhere near the top of my pay scale. My boss told me that the people, doing the same job in our Chicago facility, start at $15K / yr higher than where I am at right now.

 

Unless they up the pay scales in each grade, you can probably top out most scales within a few years. At that point, you gotta move up if you want better raises.
