good luck!
tell them the story about how you had to walk 10 miles in the snow barefoot all while having to worry about roaming and long distance charges.

This is what I have to do if I want to transition in management without a degree or significant supervisory experience.
I supervised a warehouse for a Dutch Bros. Coffee but that was like 7 years ago.
Yeah...maybe I'll wait a minute before I drop that bomb!

Ha ha...yeah I would be taking a MAJOR pay cut...almost half what I was making last year...! :FVCK!!!
But I got to do what I got to do...
Sucks...I got used to having a little money.
It's addicting...
I'll just keep grinding and do my side business' and keep plugging away.

I've applied for many jobs with Craigslist and that's the best one to land a local job.
I saw some stats that the listing fee on Monster (for an employer) is ~$500 an ad.
Craigslist is ~$150 an ad.
Do the math.
If you are a smaller business...who you going to go with?
Craigslist advertising is so much cheaper that it makes it affordable for a lot of people to source human resources.
