like the title says. im hoping to find a few sponsors to help out with a car show im trying to put together for my school, evergreen valley college. the date is Aug 28. time frame around noon till 4-5. hoping to make this a big show. estimated at around 200 cars and bikes. if there are any shops, companies, or individuals who would like to sponsor or know someone who would be interested please let me know. thanks in advance

 

By sponsorship, do you mean you need cars for the show? If that's the case, then I'm sure there're folks here that would be interested. Also, you might try posting on other car forums so word can be spread around... btw, that's "U.C. Evergreen"...

the flyer is currently being worked on. well the show will be hosted by the EVC auto club in the school parking lot. harry brought up the issue about the speed bumps and that will be taken care of. pretty much your typical show with a few exceptions. trying to incorporate a few things here and there to make it unique. there will be djs, food, drinks, awards and raffle if we get enough goodies from sponsors. hoping to make it free registration, but that depends on if we have enough sponsors.

just a suggestion: You might want to change the "just roll in whenever" because I think you'd prefer it if participants/sponsors/car crews set up earlier so it's a bit more organized...of course, this is just my

 

Yeah, for a meet, the roll in whatever would work. If this is a show, an actual roll in/staging time would be better.
