People can show up at 7. I think 6:30 is a good time because people will show up slowly. Talk/chill for about 30 minute or so. If it's at 7 sometimes people show up later. I like to eat dinner at about 6:30 or 7:00. My stomach growl and I get grumpy when I dont eat.

Is it expensive? I don't think it is otherwise it wouldn't be so popular.

I thought it had raw meat in it?

Maybe that's why I never went.

General cost of Pho is $5.50-$7.50. I believe Pho Y is like $6.25 or something. You can request raw meat on the side and then cook it with your soup. The reason people request it on the side is sometime the store overcook the meat. The meat is thinly slice so it will cook in no time.
