New Owner 2020 Acura RDX (Tech).
Hey guys,
Just purchased my first Acura. I compared against Audi, Volvo, and even Mercedes - Acura won hands down on price and feature comparison. I love this car.
I've just purchased 22' Vossen CVT to add on. I'm installing my 12' JL sub and 1000W JL amp (overkill, I know). And I'm tinting the front windows to match the rear. Photos soon.
Happy to be here!

Congrats! I just picked up a 19 A-Spec with 10k miles for 8K below MSRP with a 100K CPO warranty so I'm pretty happy about it. What's the tint % that matches the rear windows?
How do you feel about the panoramic roof? This is my first time with one, I'm in the Southeast so on 90 degree days I've noticed I keep my AC a lot higher than I typically would in other vehicles.

I just got my 2020 RDX last week and am loving it so far! First chore this weekend was to get the front windows tinted to match the rear. Per the tint guy I've been going to for the last 6-7 cars, I decided on 20% film in the front to match the rest. It looks great. I also did 80% VLT Llumar Air film on the windshield to cut the heat and UV. I also had a chat with the tint guy about the moonroof and am going to go back in a couple of weeks go get 30% film applied to that (which will add to the 20%-ish already present from the factory). I am in ATL, and it's just too bright and hot to even have the sunshade open this time of year. I am looking forward to having some extra shade to enjoy all that glass instead of hiding it behind the shade all summer.

He charged $60/each for the front two windows, $120 for the windshield, and I'm back today getting the moonroof done for $80. I decided on 15% ceramic film for the moonroof. That should get it dark enough that I can leave the sunshade open nearly all the time, I think, which takes advantage of having that big moonroof to begin with.

I'm so happy with the 15% tint on the moonroof! I will probably never close the sunshade again. It lets just enough light in to remind you you can see out up there but never any glare or heat...even without sunglasses on. The windshield seems so bright now lol. It really makes the interior so pleasant and encapsulating but still open and bright.
