New member, building an Acura/Honda engine for a Fiero

Hi, I've been using this site to get technical information and functional knowledge on the J series V6 engines as I work my way through building a large bore short stroke one for my 1988 Pontiac Fiero.
I had some questions so I figured it was time to make an account and start asking, hopefully someone will have the answers. If not ill have some interesting information for the group a little later down the road.

A little about what I am building: I am the second owner of an '88 Fiero GT. This is my second Fiero. My first had a 3800sc motor from a buick rivera. It made for a very quick car, but destroyed the balance even farther than the iron block and head pushrod 2.8 it came with.
now a little over 13 years later it's time for a very different build. I am aiming at 200 or slightly more hp at the wheels, and a 150-200lb weight loss in the middle and rear of the car.

Sitting in my garage I have a J25A and a J35A4 and the manual transmission from a 2005 Acura TL. The goal is to short stroke the J35A4 using the crank from the J25 to get to a displacement somewhere between 2.6L and 2.8L. The end goal isnt to make a ton of power like some of these builds I have looked through, its to make 200 or slightly more, and to make that power higher up in the power band on a quick reving V6.

Ill make a build thread on the boards when things are a bit farther along.
