I always liked the 2nd Gen Fiero ... They did a great job with that and it says a lot about people that they'd come together and do this for someone that they don't know.

That goes to show you that there is some good left in this crazy world of ours.

btw, say what you want about how mechanically crappy the Fiero was, but you cannot say that the Fiero GT was not an absolutely great looking car.

i think that car people in general are more kind than anyone ive ever met. some of my acurazine buddies go out of their way to help other for no apparent reason. :gheyhug:

Great story, it's amazing that someone would reach out to help someone like that over the web. I read another random act of kindness thread on a firearm forum, one of the members dogs broke it's leg and he was out of a job and couldn't afford the vet bill to repair the pooch, within 24 hours he had literally received 2K from members from all over the country so he could get the dog fixed up and cover any post surgery meds and follow up visits to the vet.

that was such a touching story. i wanted to do something to help him, or anyone. it was really inspiring. im glad he got his fiero. i hope he can beat it.

I regret to say that Tyler passed away at 7:45 PM on February 14, 2010. At least he got to live his dream. May he rest in peace.
