Welcome to the forum. I am a new member myself with a 2009 TL 3.5 with Tech package that I picked up in February of this year.

Your post is very encouraging. I would love to drive my car till 300K. Have you had any major problems?

Thanks. Nothing major. I replaced the waterpump and timing belt at 150k before in 2010 I believe. And the waterpump started leaking out the weep hole a couple months ago. Replaced it again with the same but new waterpump at 242k with a new timing belt also. But this time I replaced all the pulleys and tensioner with it. The only other major thing that happened was a big misfire problem I couldn't pin point. I replaced the plugs and coils but the misfire came back. As I was searching google, I found out that the j series when it would misfire every cylinder like that, you need a valve adjustment. Did that and it fixed the issue.

I'm the 3rd owner of this. I just did the 3x3 tranny flush on it a couple months back. It wasnt slipping or anything. I bought it car from my sister in laws husband back in 2007. Which he bought from and old lady (first owner) I found in the booklet with the owners manual, the invoice from acura that the transmission was replaced in 2002 for the tl tranny problem. I also replaced the external transmission filter when I did the tranny flush also. It shifts smoother now and can barely feel the shifts.
