New to me 3G TL TYPE S

I just purchased a TL type S with 107,000 miles. I previously had an 05 TL. So far I am very impressed with the type S.

It's a 2008 with 108k miles. It's basically in mint condition besides a minor seat tear (which these cars are famous for). So I plan to repair that and probably change the timing belt soon.
