Just saying hey

Hi all. Longtime honda owner, new to Acura. Bought my boy a 2000 Integra last summer, loved driving it before he took it to university. So I just got a 2003 CL-S, for me. First car in a long time, I look forward to and want to drive. Thanks, I used this forum to fix the clock problem.
Cheers!

Hey man. Is it me or is the tire tread oriented the wrong way?

Hey, they are Goodyear Eagle Sports, which don't look like directional tires. I've check on the tires and on-line and can't find anything that says they are. Thanks for the heads up.

I could be wrong. The tires should either have rotational direction indicated, or which side to mount towards the outside.

They do say "side facing outward' on all four tires.

Beautiful! Keeping it stock? Or thinking about modding? Would be cool to see more modded CLs out on the road!

I am not sure, keeping it stock for now. There was already aftermarket headers on it and looks (or sounds) like brakes are needed so looking into upgrading those. I'll keep updates on what i am doing to her.

Take good care of it then. The latter part of the 2G CL's and TL's had better transmissions than the earlier versions but are still prone to failure. Use DW-1 fluid and change it often.

I plan on flushing/changing the transmission fluids every 40,000 miles, which the next one should be in 27,000. Or do you recommend sooner than that?
