Hello all!

I'm a first time owner of a Acura 2002 TL, so lots to learn!

I class myself as a 'shade tree mechanic', I've never swapped out engine, transmissions or the such like, but I have done lots of front end/suspension, electrical work etc, I know my limits!

I'm also a Brit living in OKC.

 

Welcome to the Forum, curlywurly. IMO, you chose a very nice car. The only serious issue, involving the 2G TL models, is the transmission. Should you encounter a transmission problem, be sure to review the Honda AV6 replacement option, recommended on this Forum.
