Hello

Here she is after flushing all fluids and changed all filters. Gave her a nice wash too! Adding 3M tint in the next couple days or so. Replacing all brakes in the next week as well. Still doing some homework on coilovers. I ran with BC coilovers on my Lexus and loved it. I might be doing the same with this.
Hey everyone. Been lurking for a week till I decide to just register and learn and attempt to help others. New to the TL platform but by no means new to the Honda/Acura scene. I’ve owned and modded a 92’ civic eg hatchback and 95 integra gsr. When I was a teenager and early 20’s. Those days are long gone!

Started a family. Recently sold a 06’ Lexus Gs300 and now back with a 08’ TL in Carbon Bronze pearl base model AT with only 68k miles. Clean title, no accidents. Bone stock. Will be modding mainly for looks and comfort. At this age, I like things kinda quiet and smooth. But I’m being practical. So we’ll see where this goes.. Nice to be here, hope to learn from you all.

Welcome, Display_040983. You've picked a really great car, very low miles, and appears to be in really nice condition. In my area, you would search long and hard, to find a keeper, like that.

Thank you Frank. It only took me 7months to find, haha! I did drive the tl type s and enjoyed it, but it won’t be fun for me dealing with stop and go traffic out here in the Bay Area, Ca.

Couldn’t wait a day longer for tint. Got 3M 50% all around. It’s light but serves it purpose blocking UV from damaging black leather interior.

Well worth the wait. Earlier this year, I spotted an 08, almost identical to yours, in the local Costco parking lot. The only difference, this one had Type S wheels on it. The car looked Brand New, not a scratch, nick, or dent, that I could spot, and just as Clean as my car! I waited, for the owner to return, and spoke with him. Turns out, his car just tripped 100K, He bought it, NEW, and the only mod, was the Type S wheels. In fact, he advised, he still has the original wheels, in his garage. The owner, a 57 year old man, became disabled, five years ago,and has driven the car sparingly, since. I gave him my contact information, and asked him to please let me know, should he decide to sell. This car is spotless, garage kept, and has only been driven in Fair Weather Months. I've been salivating ever since. I ENVY U.

Hopefully you’ll get that call when he’s ready to sell! Keep your cash ready! That car has a good story already, lol!

Trust me Display_040983, I've got 12K set aside, just waiting for a car, like yours.
