Accord owner here

I’ve been an Acurazine lurker since I bought an 06 6 speed Accord sedan a bit over a year ago. Figured I’d better introduce myself and get my post count up a bit, because I have some big plans for the car. Currently I live in Columbia, SC, I have 3 kids, and I got the Accord because I wanted something that was big enough for a family car but still fun to drive. I’ve started some light mods, but I’m looking to do a j32a3 rebuild and swap in the future with possibly some RL heads/cams. V6P is pretty light on traffic lately so i figure this is prolly the best place for my build thread and any questions.

You're not allowed on this site unless you own an Acura!

BTW, red text usually means the statement is wrong or otherwise, completely ridiculous. I'd say maybe 20% of the frequent posters on Azine actually have an Acura......

Welcome to the board.

Atleast it's still a Honda, and not something else, like, IDK... An Audi...

Haha. Come on now. We all know the accord v6 6 speed sedan is virtually the same car as the gen3 TL, Cept you guys get an lsd, a slightly bored engine block, and more luxury that equates to ~200lbs more weight.

We just got our 2nd 6MT accord and since my8gen died there is no other place worth a crap for info or companies that make specialized parts for our cars. IMO, a modded V6 6 speed accord coupe is a great highway sleeper. My GF’s bolt-on 09 was easily faster than my stock 15 sti from anything besides a drag race and canyons of course.
