PA Tint Laws

Does anyone know the PA tint laws and/or have pics of their car with legal tint. I'm military and transferring from Hawaii. My previous car had pretty dark tint but my buddy also hooked me up with inspections.

Thanks in advance.

PA only allows 70% which is basically what auto glass already is, so tint isn't legal on cars. Enforcement is hit or miss, doesn't matter for inspections as long as the windshield isn't tinted. Been driving with 20% for years and no tickets.

Ok fantastic. That is what I was looking for. I didn't want to get tint and have to remove it for inspections. I will go with 20-25% as well.

Thank you!

Philly PD might not care, but I wonder what the Pennsylvania State Police might say when you get pulled over on 99 on your way to your buddy's campsite.
