Hey guys/gals,

Long story short version,

Just bought a TL 03 a few months ago. Had car completely checked out by an Acura dealership and specifically asked bout Transmission which they said was replaced due to recall in late 05. Was told car was mint and mech says he hasn't seen one in such nice condition. Paid 150$ For check up and bought car and now right when the warranty ends so does my transmission. Does the whole 2-3 gear slip and now reverse is acting up. Sux cuz I've always liked the TL's look. After doing research and hearing great things I figure im gonna do the 06-07 accord swap and was wondering if anyone could give me some info on a good mechanic preferable one who has done it before or if anyone in area has done the same thing. Can't afford a new car n I don't want to end up having to get another crappy tranny n go thru this again in another year or two. So any advice suggestions would be great.
