F1 isn't really racing...it's a showcase...
and there is more tech in WRC, than there is in F1.

Yes F1 is a bit of a show case. However there is more technology by far in F1 than there is in WRC!

Example: Ford Focuses run in WRC! I know they are not stock, but they do use a lot of stock pieces.

Formula One is all formulated around speed, engineering, etc.

It is the pinnacle of sports racing!

a wrc car like the focus or wrx run upwards of $500,000US and only get used for one race even if they don't crash.

What do you mean more tech in WRC? Although I am a big WRC fan, I have to disagree. There's no way a Skoda or a Ford Focus Rally is more "tech" than an F1 car. No freaking way!!!

Of course not!

They are totally opposite from a technology standpoint... well... from any standpoint really!

Is someone here biased towards WRC? ? ?

Highly doubtful, particularly since there is no way WRC teams can adjust electronically, the rev limits on an engine as it screams past!! Montoya's engine was adjusted this way in Germany so he could pass Raikkonen. You're right in one sense, F1 is a showcase of the best drivers, cars, and engineering in the automotive world.

Just my two cents of course.
