Refuel ban!!!
Back to the old days when a driver had to manage his tires better and there were no fires in the pits (or burning crewmen, or attached hoses when the driver left the pitbox, or . . . .) And the balance of the car changing dramatically over the course of the race making it more interesting.
From ITV:
A ban on mid-race refuelling will come into force when the second wave of radical cost-cutting measures are introduced into Formula 1 in 2010.
Following a meeting of the World Motor Sport Council on Friday, the FIA unveiled a huge package of measures that will be put in place over the next two years which are designed to cut teams' running costs by at least 30% from 2009 in wake of the global financial crisis.
The governing body’s president Max Mosley had said that 2010 would be the year when the most significant cost savings could begin to be made and the released plans indeed detail some drastic measures.
A ban on refuelling stops is the headline announcement, meaning that from 2010 cars will have to run on the same tank of fuel for the entire race distance for the first time since 1993.

So bring back the 1.5L-V6-turbo of the 90's era when Honda as a engine supplier was at it's peak form. Sigh !
