NASCAR is the best road racing!!!!!!!!!

You've just managed to show us all you are not a true fan with that comment. Cup cars are fun to watch (in limited amounts) if you like fender bangin' racing. F1 is #1!

F1 is an interesting technological exhibition, but racing? CART is better racing and the training series (F3000, FAtl, etc.) are the best.
NASCAR? That's racing taxicabs isn't it? 8-)

CART offers more on track passing; all but 2-3 cars (drivers) have a realistic chance of a win on any given day; the driver and his relationship with the team (ie: set up) has far more influence on the out come of the race than what car he's driving.
That means more sport and real racing.

Limited passing; only a very few (like between 2 & 6) cars on the grid have any realistic chance of competing for the win; the driver's ability is not the most important part - the best driver can't win without a Ferrari, Williams or on the odd day a McLaren. True that you can't be a total wanker and win with one either. The teams with the most money are the ONLY ones who can run up front.
Consistently run up front yes, but this has ALWAYS been the rule in F1's modern era. OTOH, harken back to when JV was in the superior Williams and Schumacher was in the Benetton. Schu gave JV a run for the title to the end (ditto the titanic battles he had w/ Hill in a Williams). I think if you put Schumacher, Todt, Brawn and the guts of the Ferrari team (mechanics, engineers, aerodynamicists) in any team, he would still win w/o the benefit of the best car on the grid. He is absolutely the best driver on the grid day in and day out. I believe the more true statement is that the driver/car/team are equally important.

I don't agree with this statement at all-just look at the CART race in Montreal, they didn't do much passing there at all, rather like the F1 race a couple months earlier. Besides, if you want passing, go to an IRL race. F1 is about technology and the pinnacle of motorsport combined w/ all the glamor, excitement, sounds and smells of the engines and brakes screaming/glowing at 18.5K!! NOTHING BEATS AN F1 RACE, NOTHING!!!
