What's the cutoff? There could be a million things that are the "team's fault".

Going to the extreme, let's say Norris's car DNFs during a race because a wheel not was not secured. So would McLaren order Piastri to park the car to keep it "fair"?

I don't understand this reasoning at all.

 

Right, I think keep Oscar in 2nd, it's a bit of a slap to swap them because Lando had a poor/long stop.
If Lando hadn't had the mishap in Canada & the engine failure at Zandvoort, and was ahead in the points would the same call be made?

 

Sky commentators read my mind and asked, "if Max were in those shoes, would he have complied"... i audibly guffawed... in no way would he have, i dont think that was a fair call either..
