I'm shocked

 

No one got penalties despite the crazy qualifying.

 

Sargeant got a 10 place penalty but it's academic as he was 20th already.

 

Yuki was running so well....

Should've gone with the gut & taken the chance on a DR3 pick instead of Oscar...

 

I’m glad i ran out of Perez picks… I would have picked him this weekend and turned off the race 10 seconds in

 

I've blackballed Perez picks this season, too risky.

 

I don't think any of my Perez picks worked this year.

I can't believe I finished on the podium even after picking Perez.

 

Perez thoughts: I was all high on the fact RBR picked him up bc as a driver, I always thought he fought fair, was a tire tactician a la Prost, and a good, clean racer. He got that chance, showed mixed results and over time, fell on his face. RBR doesn't need a #2 but a second #1 in the ways of the old McLaren/Williams days when Senna, Prost and Mansell, Piquet raced against each other. Put a young hotshoe in like Lawson to keep Max honest.

 

I'd rather see Norris in that seat

 

I don't agree on Perez being a clean driver. He's one of the drivers that violates the "one move" to block passes rule the most. He's often captured on camera making one move to block a pass then moving back to the correct position to take the best line through a corner. I don't understand why the FIA doesn't crack down on this more often.

OTOH, it could just be that he gets shown more often than other drivers simply because he's been driving a fast car over the past few years. However, my recollection was that he's always been doing this, even before moving to RBR.
