Why make a change? Leclerc did very well at Sochi in 2020. I'm tempted to pick him for this race right now. I think he'll have a good result.

Those last 5 laps were brutal.

I'm pissed MB took that PU penalty for Bottas after qualifying.

 

Finally finished watching the race yesterday. It was uneventful for the first 50 or so laps but all the action happened at the end when the rain came through.. Poor lando : sad: Congrats to Hamilton for 100 though.. Shoulda known better than to bet against him..

 

Uneventful? That was one of the most interesting races this year...before it even rained!
Various different strategies with tire changes, a very unique situation with the DRS train where nobody really lost touch of each other, and unexpected cars at the front holding off superior cars? I kept trying to keep track of what all the cars were doing, and it was very hard to do.

Were we watching the same race?

 

Uneventful to me = drama free (e.g. no one drove onto someone elses halo's). It was defintely a technical race with great strategy towards the end I really wish Norris didn't go against his team's advice and switched to the Inters.. OR if Hamilton decided to follow Norris and stay on the Mediums.. That would have made for even more fun, but would have likely ended with a Verstappen podium.

 

Definitely was interesting, the DRS effect was strong & overtaking was quite tough. Russell holding off the AM/MCL/MBZ train for quite a while.
