George keeps nailing the never ending job interview for the big-boy seat.

I'd be pretty annoyed if I were in attendance.

the FIA screwed the pooch on that one. I can't imagine traveling to see the race, spendings thousands of dollars, being all psyched up and then 2 laps behind a FN pace car = a race?? C'mon, that is outrageous.

Start with the biggest gap to the car in front of you during one of the safety car laps, then close the gap. Voila
I know someone who travelled there from the US. Sucks. Even if they get their ticket money refunded, they've wasted the transportation and hotel costs.
I think awarding the half points is still a good idea. They did have competition, it was just all on Saturday from qualifying. That said I wish they'd have just postponed to Monday morning or something. Spa is only a few hours away from Zandvoort, so I don't think the extra day would be a huge deal for the teams.

That's what I figured, I do that during the Spring opening of Watkins Glen International with a friend who has a Cayman GT4, we hang back for about half the track then go for it. The teams commented that they could do a race today no problem.

A big points haul for 00TL. This is his fourth win of the year.

Are we doing full points, or do we only get 1/2 points?

Garbage.
(not the points allotment, just the "race" in general)

Got lucky on picks this week.
Now onto the mystery, since none have driven at Zandvoort, to my knowledge.
