Seller accepted my bid...
finally after months and months of search and bidding, finally one apartment I like accepted my bid.
Man, now in NYC, it is definitely a buyer's market. The previous seller brokers kept on call me back to accept my old offers, well, too late.
Hopefully I will move into my new place in couple of months.

The bid just got accepted yesterday morning, I haven't signed anything yet. It was just a oral "Yes". Based on my salary and stuff, I was just qualified by the seller and selling brokers, I don't know how tough the board is though.
Man, buying a place in NYC is pain... looking and bidding aside, getting past the board is another one.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

If not, I would tell him that your original offer still stands and if he doesn't accept, the only thing you are only willing to give him is:

Very stupid on their part. Market is slowing down right now. Tell them to go fawk themselves and withdraw your offer.
