It's about time. I've already came to terms with losing my meager investment. Maybe not now

A Private Group of Investors is in the Process of Purchasing a Large Portion of QBID Stock
Monday March 21, 11:07 am ET
The Private Group of Investors is Committed on Buying QBID Stock to .01

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 2005--Triangle Multi-Media (Pink Sheets: QBID - News), the parent company of Q Television Network, was informed late last week that a private group of investors is in the process of buying a large portion of its QBID stock. The private group of investors has committed themselves to buying QBID stock up to .01.

"We are delighted to have such strong support for our company. Management and I feel strongly that the stock is extremely undervalued and we believe it won't take long to see the price of the stock at a penny," stated Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "Our company is stronger than ever. We are building something great in Q Television, but there is a clear disconnection between the explosive growth of the company and the current price of the stock.

"Furthermore, we believe our stock is being unjustifiably suppressed and we can no longer sit back and tolerate that type of manipulation. We are working with the private investors and are taking active steps to turn this around. We feel strongly this will restore confidence in our loyal shareholders and restore true value in our company stock," said Olsen.

I think it has a chance, but for stocks worth this little, there's no way I'm getting involved. If it makes it, I won't regret missing out on it.

I'm not made of money and so I'm not willing to risk what I have on little ventures that have no backbone.

Anything is possible.

I'm not holding my breath.

It's a deduction I can take somewhere down the line if it tanks to nothing. If it goes up, cool... But I could really give two shits. It's just like going to Vegas. What I take with me, I assume will be lost. Same can be said for penny stocks.

what penny stocks actually blew up that made people thousands or millions of dollars? IF you buy this stock from E-trade or Ameritrade at $1,000 dollars and right now its going for .0038 per share which equates to 263,157 and the stock goes up to a $1.00 I would make $26,157. How much will I have to pay E-TRade or Ameritrade in commision? THanks for your help. What are the chances of this stock reaching a buck and how long does something like this usually take?

Correct me if I am wrong but wouldnt you make $263,157 minus inital investment if 263157 shares were trading at a dollar? But if it went up to $0.01, you would make $26,157 minus initial investment off of 263,157 shares right?

No if the stock went up to 1 penny and I purchased 1,000 shares all you do is take .0038-.01=.0062 difference. 1000/.0038 cents = 263,157 shares. Then multiply .0062 *263,157 shares =$1,631 Because my intial purchase for 1,000 shares aT its going price I would only spend $3.80. I believe I did that correctly.

No if the stock went up to 1 penny and I purchased 1,000 shares all you do is take .0038-.01=.0062 difference. 1000* .0062cents = $6.20 shares. So actually I only made a $2.40 profit because I only spent $3.80.

Correct. but your original post about it going up to one dollar is what I was disputing. It appears you meant to say "up to one penny" because all your math in the other posts have been based on a penny.

What are the chances of this stock reaching $1.00 and what company has done this recently moving up from where QBID is at. How long can this take?

Starbucks and Walmart are two examples that come to mind. Had you invested when they too were at this level you'd be a happy camper. But there are many more companies you've never heard of that have done the opposite.
