My first suggestion would be to thoroughly research the company, their market and whether you think they have a viable product/service.
I can't find the article but I know the IPO failure risk (especially in this market) is high.

Were talking 200 million more just in the last 3 years.. they did 375 million in 2009!!!!!Their product line is a "want" not a ""need"
