My first suggestion would be to thoroughly research the company, their market and whether you think they have a viable product/service.

I can't find the article but I know the IPO failure risk (especially in this market) is high.

Next step is becoming an eligible investor in the IPO. Read this: http://www.ehow.com/how_15315_invest-ipos.html

Thanks... I know the market and Company very well.. I have been watching their amazing growth for years especially the last two years.

Were talking 200 million more just in the last 3 years.. they did 375 million in 2009!!!!!Their product line is a "want" not a ""need"

Warren Buffet was very interested in buying this company in 2006..

He took his ball and went home when he learned he was 2nd in line to another Equity Group

What's the big deal? They are in their quiet period which means they have already filed for the IPO. So if you give us the name we can decide if we want to invest or not. Otherwise this thread is just
