how can you trust anyone these days! builders and realtors are all out to make money off you, the more they can make or steal the happier they are, damn theives!

 

Man builders are worst than any realtor, broker, or whatever. In several occasions have I heard of them popping up 5 figure fees at closing that the buyer has to come up with that were never disclosed. Correct me if I'm wrong Big Pimp, those can't be financed into the loan since it's not part of the price?

 

Typically, closing fees can not be financed, although there are some 'creative' ways around that guideline.
